Doner Kebab Sausage

When I thought about making this sausage I did a lot of research but nothing I read was authentic enough. Ultimately this lead on to me teaming up with none other than the Kebab King himself, Mr Ollie Eats!

Ollie has spent a lot of time travelling over the UK, visiting and rating all sort of different types of kebabs and then verifying his knowledge by being invited on a kebab tour by the Michelin guide. 

Hats off to Ollie, he is so passionate about ingredients, he tastes, he thinks about the flavours and tries everything!
