Old Amsterdam & Chilli Jam Sausages

Old Amsterdam is an Aged Gouda Cheese, it's matured for around 18 months. The resulting cheese has a deep, lingering, mellow flavour with hints of caramel and marmite on the palate. 

Pair that with something sticky and sweet like Chilli Jam and you have a match made in heaven!

Ingredients: British Pork Shoulder, Old Amsterdam Cheese (MILK), Rosemary, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Fresh Parsley, Red Chilli Flakes, (MUSTARD) Powder, Dextrose Powder, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, (MILK) Powder, (MUSTARD) Seeds, Preservative - E221 (SULPHITES), Natural Hog Casing.
